Gathering Ground will offer its annual biking tour of island farms on Sunday, June 18 from 9 a.m. to noon. “We are pleased to offer this bike ride that highlights the wonderful produce of our island farms,” said Susan Buchanan, co-chair of this year’s bike tour. “The tour is a great way to spend a spring morning, meet island farmers and learn more about the experience of farming on the island.” Bikers can check in at Gathering Ground on Airport Road. Bikers will visit Birchwood Farm, Sweet Mountain Farm, Island Orchard, Hoot Blossom Farm and several other farms on the island. The tour will end at Fiddler’s Green with a special lunch.

Tickets are $40. Please register by June 15. Space is limited to 35 riders.
